PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel with a shock absorbing mechanism or a vibration stopping device inexpensive and effective and hardly influencing upon lightness and rigidity of a bicycle. SOLUTION: It is constituted of a rim 101, a plural number of spokes 102, a hub 103 and a vibration stopping device 104. The vibration stopping device 104 is a band type annulus ring formed of silicone rubber as material to absorb vibration, and it is held between a plurality of the spokes 102 when a wheel is assembled.
