PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic machining device removing fine burrs and the like formed due to machining of work by using a cavitation and a linear flow when irradiating strong ultrasonic waves in the water. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic machining device comprises a decompressing tank 1, a high pressure deaerated water tank 3, a communicating portion 4 communicating both tanks, collar 5 disposed and fixed in the communicating portion 4 to hold work, an ultrasound horn 9a capable of irradiating ultrasound waves toward the work held by the collar, and high pressure deaerated water supplying means supplying high pressure deaerated water into the high pressure deaerated water tank. Cavitation is generated by the ultrasound in the high pressure deaerated water, and the work is machined by the cavitation and a water flow flowing from the high pressure deaerated water tank to the decompressing tank.
