PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste final disposal site capable of being reutilized in early stage by cleaning waste by effectively utilizing a cleaning facility of the waste fine disposal site and provide a method of disposal of incineration ash. SOLUTION: A granular body having remarkably reduced content of dioxins, the concentration of heavy metal or organic materials and the concentration of salt or calcium compared to the value provided by the environmental quality standard through grinding and having large particle diameter is reclaimed in the reclaimed site 11 of the final disposal site 10 and the reclaimed incineration ash is further cleaned by sprinkling water.
