PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type filtration device which enables filtering deteriorated oil, returning the oil as regenerated oil into a fryer and using again the oil as an operating oil when the oil during the operation deteriorates in the fryer. SOLUTION: The used oil is deprived of moisture in the first step, subsequently, is deprived of impurities by permitting the used oil to flow down through the filter medium having a filter paper body formed by winding a paper band (filter film paper) around a core cylinder in a prescribed thickness, is deodorized via a tourmaline and an activating agent and is regenerated as the regenerated oil.
