PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes drying device easily manufactured at a low cost by reducing the number of part items and simplifying constitution and easily and compactly mounted in a presentable manner while putting a wash-line pole in and out easily, positively and safely with simple constitution. SOLUTION: One end parts of a pair of arms 16 are fitted to the wall body 2 side rotatably in different directions from each other. The other end parts of the arms 16 are rotatably connected to the end parts of the pole 32. The end parts of the pole 32 is movable along the arms 16 for allowing the pole 32 to move close to and away from the wall body 2 side through the rotation of the arms 16.
