PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair, the user of which can easily over a step by only using its own physical strength and can make movement with the wheelchair easy. SOLUTION: A front auxiliary wheel 7 is attached so as to swing in the front lower part of the body 1 of the wheelchair K and a control lever 8 which swing the wheel 7 is installed to the wheel 7. Discoid rear auxiliary wheels 5 are arranged in the rear of rear wheels 3 and the base-side ends of first control levers 6 pivotally supported by the rear axles 1c of the wheelchair by their intermediate sections are attached pivotally to positions deviated from the centers of the wheels 5.
