PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball which is shot in a golf practice even in a narrow area wherein a club can barely be swung. SOLUTION: A hoop and lock fastner is fastened to the surface of a ball which is lightweight and has low rebounding properties, and if the ball is shot by a club, on the face of which a hoop and lock fastner of the different kinds is fastened, a non-elastic collision is effected so that swinging is finished in such a conditions that the ball is placed on the face. Hence, if there is a space, in which a club can be swung, shooting can be practiced. Since whether or not the ball is shot at its sweet spot can be recognized, swinging can be improved. Even if a ball is not placed on the face by an erroneous shot, since the momentum of the ball is not large, shooting can be practiced using a fence such as curtain, and even if the fence is set near the area where swinging is practiced, performance of swinging can be checked.
