PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high resolution ink jet recording head capable of suppressing a crosstalk between pressurizing chambers, a method of making the same and an ink jet recorder. SOLUTION: This ink jet recorder comprises a fluid passage forming substrate 10 on which the pressurizing chambers 12 communicating with nozzles 21 are partitioned and a piezoelectric element 300 which is constituted of a lower electrode, a piezoelectnc layer and an upper electrode and is provided to one face of the fluid passage forming substrate 10 with a diaphragm therebetween. A bonding substrate 20 is bonded to the other face of the fluid passage forming substrate 10 with an adhesive 110. A sealing layer 100 consisting of the adhesive 110 for partitioning the face of the pressurizing chamber 12 opposite the diaphragm is provided to the pressurizing chamber at the side of the bonding substrate 20.
