PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film for laminating a decorative plate which is controlled in terms of dust adhesion by static electricity and excellent in antistatic properties and a decorative plate laminated with the film. SOLUTION: A copolyester film is used as an adhesive resin layer 4, a polybutylene terephthalate film is used as a base material resin layer 6, a printing layer 5 is formed selectively, and a transparent surface layer 7 is prepared. The layers are laminated selectively in turn from below, and 1-10% of an antistatic agent is incorporated into an adhesive 3 which is used for bonding each resin layer and when a decorative film is bonded to a substrate.
