PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for separating a mixed fluid by which oil can be efficiently separated and recovered, the oil is not flown out in drainage, which is economical and of which the installation space can be reduced to a minimum. SOLUTION: A regulating plate T for regulating oil recovering liquid surface height is attached to a recovering port b, a regulation port Tb is provided by piercing in the regulating plate and an air-driven system air cylinder S is joined to the regulating plate. When oil is accumulated in a main storing section A1, the regulating plate is lowered by driving the cylinder to recover the oil from the recovering port. A splitting port a1 and the recovering port have elliptical shapes which have a major axis in a horizontal direction. At a base part in a minor axis direction, a V-shaped notch 04 is provided. Further a groove and a plurality of band-shaped plates are provided on a lower surface of an inclined member f so that each band-shaped plate makes an acute angle with the groove by forming a gable roof shape orλshape. Oil flown into a sub storing section A2 is returned to the main storing section via a guiding pipe d and water separated in the main storing section is guided to an inflow port via a back flow preventing trap e provided outside. Further corner faces of a chamber joined to the inflow port are made to have curved face structure.
