PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective manufacturing method of an applicator, in particular, a mascara brush, with a large number of brush bristles held between at least two twisted wires, and to realize a new feature without abandoning any facility thereof. SOLUTION: A reinforcing element (7) extended from a free projecting part of the brush bristle and disposed between the brush bristles (2) is provided in addition to the bush bristle (2).
