PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an area where an X-ray beam of k-th rotation image and an X-ray beam of k+1-th rotation image overlap. SOLUTION: This X-ray computer-aided tomograph is equipped with an X-ray source 3 to generate X-rays with a width in the axis direction of a subject's body, a multichannel type X-ray detector 5, and a reconstruction processing part 12 to spirally scan by relative movement and relative rotation movement of the X-ray-source and the subject to reconstruct the image. Spiral scanning is executed making the pitch of the spiral scanning non-integer times as much as the basic slice thickness. |
