PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, in which an easily writable rod-like barrel at use is changed easily into a plate-like thin shape at housing, in a portable writing utensil. SOLUTION: The structure of the barrel is divided into an outer skin consisting of and outer skin front part 1, an outer skin rear part 2 or the like and an inner barrel 5 movable within the outer skin. By moving the inner barrel under the state that the shape of the outer skin is kept by the inner barrel, the shape of the barrel itself is changed by deforming the outer skin. |
