PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of an operation apparatus after cleaning treatment while securing isolation of the end circuit with a simple constitution, and to make the apparatus small-sized. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic coagulation incision unit 1 is constituted of a matching circuit 8 to electrically isolate an amplifier 7 and an oscillator 4 and to appropriately drive the oscillator 4, a transmitting circuit 9 to discriminate an ID part 5, an isolation signal transmitting circuit 10 to electrically isolate and impedance-convert signals from the transmitting circuit 9, a switching circuit 11 to comprising relays to switch connection to the ID part 5, a hand switch 3a of output switch, or a foot switch 3, a discriminating circuit 12 to discriminate a result impedance-converted by the isolation signal transmitting circuit 10, and a control circuit 13 to control the ultrasonic coagulation incision unit 1. |
