PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing machine capable of machining by transferring vertically a cutting tool to change a pitch without exchanging the cutting tool. SOLUTION: The processing machine 1 is equipped with a first horizontal base 10' supported freely horizontally movably by a vertical base S; a first vertical base 7 supported freely vertically movably by the first horizontal base 10'; a first vertically moving means 8 for moving the first vertical base 7; a first cutting tool 3 being rotated with a first motor 6; a second horizontal base 10" supported freely horizontally movably by a vertical base S; a second cutting tool 4 being rotated with a second motor 9; a first transfer means C1 for transferring the first horizontal base 10'; a second horizontally transfer means C2 for transferring the second horizontal base 10"; and a horizontally transfer means 11 for transferring the whole of the first horizontal base 10' and the second horizontal base 10".
