<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a golf shaft made of FRP wherein the generation of unusual noises due to the separation of an excessive adhesive which is flown in the hollow section of the golf shaft when assembling the golf club is prevented. SOLUTION: A tape-form member 2 is wound around a mandrel 1. On the outer periphery of the mandrel 1 on which the tape-form member 2 has been wound, a specified prepreg 3 to form this golf shaft 4 is laminated. Then, after the prepreg 3 is thermally hardened, the mandrel 1 is removed. In addition, the tape-form member 2 remaining on the internal surface of the hardened prepreg 3 is removed by pulling it out from one end of the golf shaft 4, and thus, the golf shaft 4 is obtained.</p> |
