PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing blanket which can be used under a waterless system of high-speed offset printing and shows outstanding properties in terms of ink coating paper unloading, cleaning or the like. SOLUTION: In the blanket for offset printing comprising a support layer having a compressible layer and a surface printing layer laminated on the support layer, the surface printing layer is formed of an oil-resistant rubber composition with 5-10 MPa modulus of elasticity E' when a dynamic change stress (10 Hz, 23 deg.C, 50μm amplitude, 20 mm interchuck distance and 2 mm stretch, initial distortion) is applied to the surface printing layer.
