The present invention relates to a ceramics-plate structure for a valve element. Instead of a ceramics-plate structure consisting of two or three piece of ceramics plate is the ceramics-plate structure consisting of a movable plate, a static plate and a ceramics ring. The static plate on its side engaged with a gasket is provided with a concave face structure. The advantage of a valve using the ceramics-plate structure is that the service life is increased, the leakage between the ceramics-plate is decreased, the difficulty between the flow and reliability, the sealing and moment of the valve actuator is solved. A through-type valve using the ceramics-plate structure allows flow in both directions. |
