PURPOSE: A method for buying and selling securities is provided to induce a fair transaction by forming a publicized transaction market of securities. CONSTITUTION: If a user is connected, an inherent code input and an inherent code application of the use are received, and input contents are checked. If a code application is inputted, personal information of the user is received and an inherent code of the user is endowed. In the case that an inherent code of the user is inputted, the user selects securities(S238-S240). A price of the selected security is displayed, a user purchases or sells the security(S2242). If the user selects a sale of the securities(S248), the user inputs a wanted price and amount(S250), the securities are sold, and the transaction details are stored. The desired sale price and amount are inputted, the inputted price and amount of the securities are added to the sold amount, and the result is stored and displayed(S252).
