PURPOSE: A process of preparing feed and manure from food waste by using high frequency electromagnetic waves as a heat source in a drying and sterilizing process is provided, thereby effectively removing harmful bacteria contained in the food waste and remarkably reducing the treatment cost. CONSTITUTION: Food waste removed from foreign material such as vinyl, metal materials or the like is subjected to crushing and passing though a solid-liquid separator to give a moisture content of 70% or less. The solids are sterilized by high frequency electromagnetic waves in the range of 200kHz±10% and then dried by high frequency electromagnetic waves in the range of 27.5kHz±10%. The dried solids are subjected to quick cooling and fermenting with microbes and a moisture controller such as sawdust and rice hulls. And the fermented solids are mixed with cereals and chemicals and formed into a pellet, followed by drying by high frequency electromagnetic waves in the range of 27.5kHz±10%.
