PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a frequency of a pulse using a closed loop circuit is provided, which can detect a pulse type rotation speed used accurately by measuring a pulse frequency accurately. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a counter(10) and a micom(20). The counter provides a count value of a pulse speed(W) to a comparator(23) in the micom to measure the pulse speed generated from a pulse generator or an electric motor. The micom makes an error of the count value be zero, and comprises an integrator(21), the comparator and an error amplifier. The integrator provides an integration value made by integrating a pulse speed estimated value to the comparator to the comparator. The comparator compares the count value of the counter with the integration value from the integrator. The error amplifier controls the pulse speed estimated value and provides it to the integrator.
