PURPOSE: An on-line mobile advertising service method is provided to attach an advertising item in a desired size on a desired position of a vehicle by making a user select a favorite advertisement on a vehicle advertising site through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user and an advertiser connecting to a web server(5), displaying a home page(6), displaying a vehicle advertising banner(7), a member logging in(8), a web server requesting member information(9), transmitting the member information(10), displaying a menu window including the member information(11), the user selecting an advertiser(12), displaying the information about the selected advertise on an input window of the user(14), the user and the advertise determining a method for attaching, a size of an advertising item and a position to attach(15), storing the determined data in a database(16), displaying the an advertising sample(17), and storing the sample in the database(18).
