PURPOSE: A method and a mold for manufacturing an antibiotic mixed cement filling is provided to accurately and rapidly manufacture an artificial hip joint filling to be inserted into the thighbone by using a mold. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an antibiotic mixed cement filling comprises the steps of: measuring the head diameter of the thighbone, the width of the marrow cavity, and so on by using a radiograph before an operation; manufacturing and disinfecting a mold(40) in the shape of an artificial hip joint; mixing antibiotic powder with the bone cement; inserting an iron wire into the cement; and hardening the cement charged in the mold by closing the mold. The mold consists of a head part(46) corresponding to a head of the artificial hip joint, a collar part(48) corresponding to a collar of the artificial hip joint, a stem part(50) corresponding to a stem of the artificial hip joint, and a first mold plate(42) and a second mold plate(44) symmetric with respect to each other.
