PURPOSE: A multimedia bulletin board is provided to interface notice contents, a background picture, and a background music for being linked with a web by constructing a DB based on the notice contents, a background picture, and a background music by processing information as a pen/line/character/figure as a vector value. CONSTITUTION: A module(11) prepares a text and inputs the text to an input unit(10). A module(12) may upload a picture and select prepared data. A module(13) may upload a music and select prepared data. A module(14) may store basic bulletin board information, text contents, and a picture/music file. A message reproducing unit(20) performs a modularity of a message displaying technique. The message reproducing unit(20) comprises a module(21) for outputting a picture in accordance with a predetermined selection or a user's selection, a module(22) for outputting a music in accordance with a predetermined selection or a user's selection, and a module(23) for combining text contents with a selection file and reproducing the combined file actually. A message editing unit performs a modularity of a message editing technique. The message editing unit comprises the input unit(10), the message reproducing unit(20), and a storing unit(30) for storing messages.
