PURPOSE: An interface board for use in memory module test board is provided to prevent the interface board body from being cracked by reducing the number of through holes formed at the interface body. CONSTITUTION: An interface board comprises a main body(102) having an upper surface and a lower surface formed into a single body, and which is formed of an electrically sub-conductive material; connection terminals(104a,104b) formed at the upper and lower surfaces of the main body, and which includes a plurality of first connection terminals formed along the straight line in a lengthwise direction of the main body and a plurality of second connection terminals formed along the straight line parallel to the line of the first connection terminals; and connection pins(108a,108b) electrically connected to the connection terminals, and which includes a first connection pin electrically connected to the first connection terminal, and a second connection pin electrically connected to the second connection terminal. The connection pins are protruded from the lower surface of the main body of the interface board.
