PURPOSE: A deformation correction system of three-dimensional images is provided to prevent the deformation of three-dimensional images by correcting a picture-taking ratio by changes in position, direction and inclination of a camera to an object, and an image ratio of left/right images to both eyes of an observer viewing the taken images by the camera. CONSTITUTION: A deformation correction system of three-dimensional images includes left/right cameras(11,12), left/right position sensors(81,82), left/right image expanding/contracting devices(21,22), left/right image synthesizers(31,32) and a displayer(40). The left/right cameras are mounted to take pictures of an object with different positions. The left/right position sensors are mounted on a side of the cameras to measure the initial mounting position, direction and inclination of the cameras. The left/right image expanding/contracting devices transmit picture-taking ratios, image ratios, image gap ratios and aspect ratios of left/right images to the left/right image synthesizers. The displayer is used with an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having plural LC pixels to display three-dimensional images. The deformation of three-dimensional images is corrected by distance adjustment of left/right images. Therefore, the quality of three-dimensional images is improved. |
