PURPOSE: An OSD(On Screen Display) system is provided to prevent an operation of the OSD and the turn on/off of the power according to a contact of user body by composing a unit for holding the operation of a soft touch switch. CONSTITUTION: A soft touch switch(201) performs an on/off switching operation by the touch of a user. A soft touch switch sensing unit(202) senses a switching operation of the soft touch switch(201). A control unit(203) transmits a corresponding control command according to a sensing signal of the soft touch switch sensing unit(202). A power unit(204) turns on or off a power according to the control command of the control unit(203). A deviation unit(205) adjusts a state of a screen according to the control command of the control unit(203). An OSD screen unit(206) displays a corresponding screen according to the operation of the power unit(204) or the deviation unit(205). A hold switch(207) is composed between the soft touch switch(201) and the soft touch switch sensing unit(202) for holding the operation of the soft touch switch(201) according to the contact of a body in a situation for which the user does not wish.
