摘要 PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor and a TV(Television) system are provided to integrate an intelligent fuzzy algorithm technique for determining the optimal TV screen angle using the human position data with an actuator control technique for changing the direction of the TV screen. CONSTITUTION: A system of a TFT type LCD monitor and a TV comprises an image input unit including an image capture board, an image processing unit for detecting the outline of the image data from the image of an input watching environment, a viewer face recognizing unit for recognizing the face of a view using a recognition algorithm, an optimal screen direction recognition unit for obtaining an optimal direction of a screen by using the position data about the faces of viewers, an eyeball movement model operator realizing unit for making the screen movement similar to the kinetic characteristic of the human eyeball, a control unit for generating a hardware control signal to an actuator driving circuit, an actuator driving circuit for generating an electrical signal, and an actuator unit for moving a screen upon actuator driving and feedback of the difference between the kinetic amount of the actuator and the desired direction of a screen.
