PURPOSE: This red pepper cutting apparatus in which a driving motor is constructed in a body to cut red pepper automatically, a supply belt is rotated by the driving motor to arrange and supply red pepper and then the cutter cuts the supplied red pepper in the transverse direction is provided, which makes it possible to cut red pepper massively and reduces man power. CONSTITUTION: A driving motor is constructed in a body and then connected to a connection gear which is connected to a driving roll(4), and driven roll(401), several rotary rolls(5) are constructed in two rows in the same direction of the driving roll and the driven roll, and a pair of belts(6)(601) rotating oppositely between them are constructed. A cam driven by a motor is constructed in the body and a lifting cutter is constructed in a state where the cam brings contact with a cam roll and lifted by the action of the cam to cut a red pepper automatically.
