PURPOSE: A pressure pump is provided to prevent the pulsation of a fluid due to the operation of a pump and to transfer the fluid in a high pressure by continuously processing the intake and discharge actions of the pump when a fluid of high viscosity is transferred. CONSTITUTION: A pressure pump comprises a housing having first and second intake and discharge ports(20a,20b,30a,30b), a first fixed cam(50) inserted to one side of the housing, a second fixed cam(60) inserted to the other side of the housing, a cam type piston(40) rotatably placed between the first fixed cam and the second fixed cam, a first and a second chambers of which volumes are varied by the rotation of the cam type piston, and a driving unit to rotate the cam type piston. When the first intake port and the second discharge port are opened by the rotation of the cam type piston, the second intake port and the first discharge port are closed. When the second intake port and the first discharge port are opened, the first intake port and the second discharge port are closed. Since the intake stroke of the first chamber is processed with the discharge stroke of the second chamber and the discharge stroke of the first chamber is processed with the intake stroke of the second chamber, pulsation of a high viscosity fluid is prevented.
