PURPOSE: A wheel or a frame damage detecting device for moving on an I-beam is provided to automatically detect damage of the I-beam as a hoist frame by installing out of a building and to prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting damage of a wheel or a frame comprises a base(2) fixing an I-beam(1); trolly(3) reciprocating on the base and the I-beam; a body(4) supported by the trolly; a wire rope(5); a hook(6); a guide rail(10) mounted on an upper lower side of the I-beam; a fixing plate(11); an upper base plate(12) combined to the trolly and the fixing plate; a wheel(13) moving along the guide rail; a trolly roller(14) rotating by contacting to a lower side of the I-beam; a lower base plate(15) supporting the trolly roller; a spring(16) connecting the upper and lower plates; a sensor detecting change of an interval between the upper and lower plates; and a warning device(18) alarming the change of the interval by being engaged with the sensor. Thereby, the device for detecting the damage of the wheel or the frame automatically detects the damage of the I-beam as a hoist frame by installing out of a building to prevent an accident. |
