MOLD FOR EXTRUSION FOAMING

PURPOSE: A mold is provided to easily form an under cut foaming portion without an additional operating device. CONSTITUTION: A separating core(40) is supported inside a recessed portion(20a) of a lower mold(20). An upper part of a cavity(25) is sealed by an upper mold(30). A foaming material is supplied into the cavity(25) through a material runner(34) from a material inlet(32). The foaming material is cured by heating a heater(22) inside the lower mold. A mid sole is obtained by opening an upper mold(20) and the lower mold. The separating core(40) is easily separated with the mid sole from the lower mold and the upper mold. A transparent window is formed between the lower mold and the upper mold by a forming portion(44) of the separating core.
