COLOR CONCRETE TELEGRAPH POLE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TELEGRAPH POLE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A color concrete telegraph pole manufacturing method is provided to improve the appearance of the cities by manufacturing a colorful telegraph pole and to start an environment-friendly development work by harmonizing a telegraph pole with surroundings. CONSTITUTION: A color concrete telegraph pole manufacturing method comprises the steps of: manufacturing color concrete(1) by adding a 3-8 percent paint of the quantity of cement to raw concrete and using white cement, gray cement or mixed cement to obtain a color tone; putting the color concrete(1) in a mold(2); assembling the mold and tensioning steel materials; centrifugal-molding for molding the color concrete(1) in the mold(2) into a telegraph pole; curing the molded telegraph pole with steam; stripping by dismantling the mold(2); and inspecting the stripped product and piling up tested goods out in the open.
