PURPOSE: A method and a device for providing discount coupons and premium lottery tickets are provided to offer the information about articles and stores to a name card receiver by printing the information on the empty space of name cards and to offer various discount benefits and an opportunity to draw a premium lot by inputting the codes of the articles and stores printed on the name cards through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user, a name card orderer or a member store connecting to a server through the Internet(N1), confirming the selective input of an information search window, a name card ordering list or a store information management window via a mouse or a keyboard(N2), inputting the code number of the store printed on a name card(N3a), transmitting the information about the store to a user computer(N4a), and outputting a lottery number or a barcode on the document printed by the user computer(N5a).
