PURPOSE: A device for fixing a Braun tube of a monitor is provided to improve work efficiency for assembling and disassembling a Braun tube by fixing the Braun tube employing a hooking unit instead of a connecting unit. CONSTITUTION: The device is for installing a Braun tube(130) in a monitor(100) formed by a front cover(110) and a rear cover(120). A fixing hook(10) is integrally formed on the inner face of the front cover along the face contacting to the rear cover. A fixing protrusion(20) combined with the fixing hook is integrally formed on the outer face of the rear cover along the face contacting to the front cover. The displacement preventing ribs(30,40) are attached onto the inner faces of the front and rear covers to be closely adhered onto the front and rear faces of the Braun tube. The Braun tube is inserted to the receiving space of the front cover, and the rear cover is installed behind the Braun tube. Then, the fixing protrusion of the rear cover is fixed in the fixing hook of the front cover.
