INTERNET EXTENDED PRINTING SYSTEM USING DIGITAL IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICE METHOD

PURPOSE: An Internet extended printing system using a digital image processing technology and a service method are provided to amply satisfy customers by extending and outputting pictures and photos according to forms, sizes and resolution desired by the customers. CONSTITUTION: An order is accepted through an Internet web server(10), a photo studio or a customer(12) and a mail(13). Objects to be scanned are automatically classified through an order accepting process(13). After that, objects to be scanned are scanned with high resolution through a scanner(14). The objects pass through all processes necessary for being outputted through an image process(15). Images are edited with resolution suitable for being outputted. Data which passed through the image process(15) are stored in an output database(16) for outputting the data through a large-sized printer(17). The images stored in the database(16) are continuously outputted through the large-sized printer(17). The objects outputted pass through a reprocessing(18). The objects are converted in a form desired by the customer(12). After passing through all processes, the objects are rapidly delivered to the customer(12) through a packing process(19).
