PURPOSE: Provided is a novel application of cyclocreatine to a prophylaxis and therapeutic composit Áon for hepatitis and hepatic carcinoma. CONSTITUTION: The cyclocreatine represented by the chemical formula in figure 1 is a kind of non-digestible nitrogen compounds and contained in a tissue of a mammal in an amount of 0.3-0.4%. It inhibits hepatic carcinoma or hepatitis in vivo thus has prophylaxis and therapeutic effects thereon.
