PURPOSE: A charge pumping circuit is provided, which removes a parasitic capacitance component using a high speed operational amplifier and accelerates a timing recovery fixing time by being applied to a timing recovery part of a digital TV. CONSTITUTION: The charge pumping circuit comprises an operational amplifier(200) whose output port is connected to an input port of a loop filter part, and a diode(D1) where a control signal(CHGUP) from a digital phase detector is connected to an anode port and a cathode port is connected to a non-inversion input port(+) of the operational amplifier. An inverter(INV1) inverts a control signal(CHGDN) being output from the digital phase detector. And a diode(D2) is connected between the non-inversion input port of the operational amplifier and an output port of the inverter.
