PURPOSE: A soundproof and fireproof door of a structure attached with a decorative member is provided to attach various structured decorative members to front/rear doors conveniently. CONSTITUTION: In a fireproof door composed of a front plate and a rear plate, a soundproof and fireproof door of a structure attached with a decorative member comprises the steps of: forming a decorative member(40) in a saw-toothed structure and interposing the decorative member(40) to a hole formed on the front/rear plates to correspond to the saw-toothed structure; folding the front of the front plate and forming a coupling hole(70) in the folded groove and interposing the decorative member(40) in the folded groove, wherein a projection(60) of the decorative member(40) is inserted to the hole(70) formed in the groove of the front plate and the inserted projection(60) is folded not to be taken off; and fitting the rear plate is fitted by a metal screw nail(50) to attach the decorative member(30) and interposing a gusset plate between the front/rear plates to couple the front and rear plates.
