<p>The invention relates to a method for producing marl slags and marl slag cements or mixed constituents for mixed cements made of marl with a basicity CaO/SiO2 of < 2.0. According to the invention, the argillaceous marl or a mixture consisting of marl and clay with a basicity of < 2.0 is, in a first method step, dried, preheated and calcined. In a second step, the resulting product is subsequently melted in a separate smelting furnace at temperatures higher than those used in the first method step, and the melt is then granulated.</p> |
