PURPOSE: An external connection function-reinforced mobile phone apparatus is provided to provide a service of Internet-oriented visual data information to a level as high as demanded by a user by attaching a large screen display device and adding a handset function to a terminal by providing a special interface function between the mobile phone and a central controller. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(19) and a microphone(20) line forms a voice communication path of a mobile phone. An ear microphone line(21) informs an ear microphone communication state. A bluetooth input/output line(22) includes CLOCK, SYNC, PCM Dout, PCM Din to transmit a signal to a bluetooth module of a data terminal control circuit(2). A terminal wake-up line(23) wakes from a mobile phone circuit(1) when a data terminal control circuit(2) is in a sleep mode. A terminal state line(24) indicates whether the data terminal control circuit(2) is in an operation state or in a sleep mode. A mobile phone state line(25) indicates whether the mobile phone circuit(1) is in an operation state. A mobile phone ON/OFF line(26) turns on or off the mobile phone circuit(1) when it is required by the data terminal control circuit(2) or in a backup mode. A mobile phone interrupt line(27) is provided through which the data terminal control circuit(2) requests an interrupt from the mobile phone circuit(2). A terminal interrupt line(28) is provided through which the mobile phone circuit(1) requests an interrupt from the data terminal control circuit(2). A bell sound line(29) controls a bell sound to inform a destination of a mobile phone. A data communication input/output line(30) supports a data communication. A dual port memory informs the data terminal control circuit(2) of the state of the mobile phone such as a text message reception or immediately informs the mobile phone circuit(1) about a state of the data terminal control circuit(2) during a data communication, for which a dual port memory input/output line(31) is provided including an address, data and a control line.
