PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily control a three-dimensional form so as to be suitable for bone production and invasion by laminating plural thin plates each comprising titanium or a titanium alloy and having a number of through holes provided to open in the surface of a member, and carrying calcium phosphate material at corner parts of inner walls of the through holes. SOLUTION: A porous body S is composed by laminating thin plates 1, 2,... of titanium or a titanium alloy provided with a number of micropores H in order. A vertical cross sectional surface of each micropore H is formed to be protruded at a center, and a vertical cross sectional surface of the micropore H communicated with it is like a saw. Calcium phosphate material C is applied on the surface of a member, and calcium phosphate material C is also carried at corner parts B of inner walls of the micropores H in such a way that the micropores H are not closed. When etching liquid is showered so that the micropores H are corroded from both surfaces, a cross-sectional surface is provided with a protruded part (h) protruded in the central direction of the initial micropore to have an inclination angle in a range of 30 deg.-45 deg., thereby a three-dimensional form of it can be controlled as desired. |
