PURPOSE:To acquire a ceramic composition provided with high electric mechanical combination coefficient, piezoelectrostriction constant and Curie temperature, and low dielectric constant by realizing piezoelectric ceramic composition for an actuator which is expressed by a specified formula. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric ceramic composition for an actuator is expressed by a formula. After PbO, La2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, Sb2O5, Nb2O5, Ta2O5 and BaCO3 or CaCO3 of high purity oxide raw material of purity of 99.9% or more are weighed for a specified amount, they are wet-mixed for 24 hours using a ball mill. Then, after dried and molded, they are calcinated for 2 hours at 900 deg.C. After ground in a mortar, they are further wet-ground for 24 hours by a ball mill. After the acquired powder is molded by a rubber press method under a hydrostatic pressure, it is burnt at 1200 deg.C in lead atmosphere. After the acquired sintered body is processed to a disc or rod shape by using slicing machine, Ag paste is screen-printed and electrode baking is performed at 550 deg.C. |
