The invention relates to a washing, rinsing or cleaning agent dose comprising a fully or partially water-soluble coating in the form of a capsule, a ball or a bag. Said coating completely surrounds a liquid-based formulation of at least one washing, rinsing or cleaning active ingredient having a crushing resistance of >1 N at 23° C.
