PURPOSE: Provided is a nozzle for manufacturing hollow type of noodles by passing a through hole through the noodle strip, thereby shortening cooking time of noodle and allowing the noodle to be well seasoned. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle for manufacturing hollow type of noodles is characterized by comprising a pressurizing unit; a nozzle fixing plate to extrude noodle strips having a regular thickness; and a nozzle inserted into the nozzle fixing plate and forming a through hole on the noodle strip. |
