PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder and a recording medium capable of judging whether the recording operation is restarted while keeping the continuity at the time when the under-run occurs. SOLUTION: The information recorder for recording the information on the optical disk is furnished with a continuity keeping part for making to record the first recorded information after the recording operation is restarted while keeping the continuity with the information finally recorded before the interruption of the recording, when the under-run occurs with respect to the optical disk at the time of recording the information, a counting part for recording the number of operating times of the above continuity keeping part during the recording operation of the information on the optical disk, and a recording finish part for displaying the number of times counted by the counting part on a display part. |
