PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining frequency characteristic of an electric power system suitable for discrete systems. SOLUTION: A command value (iC*) of signals for determining from determining signal generating circuit 21 is set to x[n] and the current (iSh) of an electric power system 2 is set to y[n]. x[n] and y[n] are subjected to Fourier transformation, and the amplitude of k-th order harmonics contained in the value DFT[rxy[m]] obtained by Fourier-transforming these cross-correlation functions is divided by the square of the k-th order amplitude of the command value (iC*). The thus obtained value is taken as the determined value for the k-th order gain/frequency characteristic. |
