PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker in which flux density can be used effectively and efficiently and total flux density can be increased. SOLUTION: This loudspeaker 20 has a magnetic circuit where flux flows from the side face of metal plates 3, 4 disposed at the opposite poles of a magnetic body 2 through respective magnetic gaps to a metallic member 5 having a diameter larger than that of the metal plates 3, 4 and surrounding the magnetic body 2. One magnetic gap has a clearance narrower than that of the other magnetic gap.
