PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video information display system that can easily retrieve video images that are photographed while moving or while changing a photographing direction and photographing information when the video images are photographed. SOLUTION: The video information display system is provided with a recording medium (electronic file 3) storing photographed video images, a video database 5 that stores photographing information in cross-reference with a video image, a video retrieval means 2 that uses at least one set of photographing information among a video image photographing position, a photographing date and time, and a photographing direction to retrieve video images to extract video specific information coincident with the photographing information from the video database and extracts a video image from the recording medium on the basis of the extracted video image specific information and a video image reproduction means 1 that reproduces the video image extracted by the video retrieval means.
