PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which is stably oscillated even in a low frequency, and further, is suitable to be made into IC as a whole. SOLUTION: Charging/discharging circuits 2 and 4 of an oscillation loop are composed of variable gm amplifiers 2a and 4a and capacitors 3 and 5. Thus, the capacitance of the capacitors 3 and 5 can be reduced and the oscillation loop can be made into IC. Further, by controlling the operating current of the variable gm amplifiers 2a and 4a by a control current E outputted from control circuits 7 and 8, an oscillation frequency is controlled.
